How do I order?
How late will you take DTC orders?
DTC orders will be taken until 10:00 PM on Friday night before the fair. We cannot guarantee the delivery of any orders placed after 10:00 PM.
When and where will I receive my DTC order?
DTC orders will be delivered to the project fair during setup.
When and how do I pay for my order?
We have several options for payment. After you place your order you will receive an invoice with a link to pay for your order through our secure credit card processor. If you prefer, you can pay upon receipt. We accept cash and all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express). All orders must be paid for before they will be released to the customer.
What will my DTC report look like?
DTC reports are printed on high quality white paper with a laser printer. All reports are coil bound with a clear plastic cover and a black poly backing for a professional look.
Do you do binding?
Absolutely. We offer plaxtic coil binding with options for clear or black plastic covers. Unfortunately, we are unable to bind reports that we do not print.
What page size should I use?
All printing is done on 8.5" x 11" paper. If you need something printed on another size check with us before placing your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the minimum margins?
Margins should be no smaller than 0.17" on all sides. Any objects outside of those margins will be cut off or scaled to fit within them.
If I select color when I order, is every page billed as color?
Not necessarily. Only pages containing color are billed as color. All other pages will be billed as black and white.
What is your refund policy?
Since you are ordering custom printing services we cannot offer returns or refunds on orders that have been printed. If an error has been made by us on your order though please bring it to our attention and we will reprint your order free of charge.
